New luggage set
I did a ton of research and finally found the coolest new luggage set that was supposed to be really fancy. But then it took ages to even get to my house, and after just one trip, the big bag completely fell apart! The lock broke off and the zipper stopped working. So I had to buy a whole new bag while still on vacation just to get my stuff back home. The customer service folks weren't very helpful either, they expected me to fix it myself! It's been forever and I'm still waiting for them to send me the parts. I had a much cheaper bag before that lasted forever, why does this fancy one have to be so crappy?

Late delivery
Man, I was really let down by Paravel. I placed an order online back in early March and was told it would show up in a couple of weeks. But, it's been over a month now and still no sign of my stuff. When I contacted customer service to ask about my order, they gave me a wishy-washy answer about how the courier sent back my items and they would reorder them for me. Well, that didn't happen quickly enough and now I couldn't use my stuff for my holiday plans. I tried to complain but haven't heard back from Paravel at all. Their lack of communication and responsibility is just not cool.
