E-ticket confusion
So, I bought something recently and ran into a bit of a snag with the E-ticket in the confirmation email I got. Everything else was fine, but the instructions on how to deal with the E-ticket were kinda fuzzy. The email showed the E-ticket numbers, but didn't really say where to go to actually print it out. I've used E-tickets before, but this setup seemed off. Even after printing out all the emails, I can't tell for sure if I have the ticket I need for my flight.
Recent booking experience
I just booked a flight using an online travel company for the second time and it was smooth sailing. Got a good deal on my flights too. The first time I used this company, I had to reach out to their customer service for a little problem that wasn't even their fault, and they sorted me out real good. I've seen some negative reviews online bashing travel companies like the one I used, but my own experiences have been nothing but positive. Can't complain!
Ticket booking experience
Booking my ticket online was so easy-peasy, but then things got a bit stressful when I got an email asking me to update my payment info. I was freaking out that my booking might get axed, so I decided to contact customer service. The person I chatted with was super nice and stuck with me on the line until my booking was sorted and I got my e-ticket. I really valued their help, and I was happy with how the company handled everything.
Best rates for India trip
I just booked my trip to India on this website and I gotta say, the rates they gave me were pretty sweet. It was a breeze going through the whole thing, from looking up flights to confirming my booking. The customer service rep I talked to was super helpful and knew their stuff. My only gripe was that they only took payment from one card. They should really consider letting customers split payments if they want.
Flight booking experience
I recently tried to book a flight through this service and man, it was so frustrating. So, I found the perfect flight for a great price at first. But when I tried to confirm my payment, it made me start all over again. And guess what? The price was way higher this time. Can you believe that?

Booked flights from NB to Edmonton and back
Oh man, I totally messed up and got the dates of my flights all wrong. Whoops! But, the folks over at Flight Hub were super fast at sorting it out for me. They were really friendly and helpful, it was like all my stress just vanished. If you're in need of a reliable airline, Flight Hub is definitely the way to go. Their customer service is top-notch, no joke!
Booked flights to San Fran, made a mistake
So I booked flights to San Fran for me and my bff, but they got my last name wrong. Talked to a bot, cancelled and rebooked really quickly, and got a refund right away! Plus, it was pretty cheap.
Seat selection issue
I can't open the webpage! I already asked for my seats, but it's not letting me request them again! It's so frustrating when you can't even do a basic thing like choosing your seats online.
