VPN purchase
I gotta say, the customer service I got from your team was top-notch. Those guys really knew their stuff and they were so patient with me. They went out of their way to help me out with all my tech problems and make sure I had the best app for my setup. I gotta give a big shoutout to Mr. Chuck and Mr. Frank Wheeler for going above and beyond. Chuck helped me smoothly download the app through a chat link, and Frank Wheeler told me all about the awesome blog content your company offers for free. I gotta say, the tech support team is really on top of things and they always get my issues fixed super fast. The software itself runs smooth and is easy to use. I like that there's different ways to connect and their website is actually helpful. Surprisingly, the speed is pretty good too, sometimes even faster than usual because of how my internet provider shapes it. There was a small hiccup with an accounting problem, but they did eventually figure it out which made me trust their service even more. All in all, I'd totally suggest this service to others.
Basic-lifetime VPN purchase
My experience with FastestVPN basic-lifetime has been a rollercoaster. At first, I noticed it worked better on my Android than Windows. But sometimes the connections were slow and shaky. Just the other day, I gave it another shot and managed to download a whole Korean series, which was pretty exciting for me. Can't wait to test out FastestVPN Pro with all the extra servers and hopefully see some big improvements from the basic version.
Upgrade to PRO plan
I just upgraded to the PRO plan with this company. I heard some stuff about how they deal with old TLD users, but my experience was actually pretty good. When I asked about upgrading, the customer service team gave me some upgrade discounts that fit my situation. I know that some old users might not like this way of doing things, but for me, the discount was fine so I went ahead and upgraded. It's always a good idea to think about all aspects before making a choice.

This PRO version gives you cool stuff like split tunneling, faster speeds, and support for all streaming channels, which you don't get with the basic package.
