I gotta say, my time dealing with MAPS.com was full of ups and downs. I wanted a personalized travel map for an upcoming trip, and the actual map turned out awesome. Just what I was looking for. But man, the process of ordering it was a total nightmare. The website was a mess, super confusing, and not easy to use at all. I had to bug customer service several times for help, and even then, it took forever to hear back. Finally, when my order was sorted out, the map came really fast and was in perfect shape. But all the hassle I went through with the ordering left me feeling pretty frustrated, to be honest.

I was really disappointed with the customer service at this place. The staff just seemed to be more focused on chatting with each other than on helping customers. The ordering process was so confusing, and I had to wait much longer than I should have to get my custom digital map. And let me tell you, the prices were just way too high! I was expecting more from a company that says they're a top provider of mapping products. The only good thing was that the delivery was at least on time, so I guess that's one positive.
