    Online ticket booking frustration

    Hey there, so I was trying to book tickets online for a show at this theatre, but it was a total disaster. The website kept messing up and wouldn't let me finish my purchase. After my third attempt, I gave up and decided to call their Customer Service. I had to go through a bunch of options on the phone and it took forever to actually talk to someone. But when I finally got connected, Mandy was really nice and helpful. She booked my tickets super quickly. So, big shoutout to Mandy for coming through and saving the day! But honestly, the whole online booking thing was a major letdown.

    Show date change request

    I called customer service the other day to change the date of a show I had booked, and I was really happy with how helpful they were. The person I talked to, Rachael, was super nice and quick in helping me out. Not only did she change the date for me right away, but she also checked in on me when I had trouble reaching the main customer service line. Rachael's awesome customer service made everything easy and stress-free. I'm really impressed with the service I got and will definitely be buying tickets from this company again in the future.

    E-tickets issue

    Unfortunately, my e-tickets vanished from my phone and I was really frustrated. At 76 years old, technology is not my thing and I had a hard time figuring out how to get help, especially since there was no customer service number I could easily call. I missed the days when I could go to a Box Office in person and talk to someone. But, after some struggles, I managed to email Customer Services and Aoife was nice enough to send me the tickets again, which was a huge relief.

    Lost ticket email, no booking details

    I was totally blown away by the amazing service I got from this team, eh. I lost the email with my ticket, couldn't find my booking info, and couldn't even remember the date I booked for, eh. I shot them an email with what little info I had, and in less than an hour, they got back to me and sent me my confirmation email with the tickets, eh. It totally calmed my nerves, and I am so impressed with how fast and helpful they were, eh. Thanks a bunch!

    E-Tickets purchase for theatre show

    I had such a great experience with their service. I bought E-Tickets for a theatre show ahead of time, but they somehow got stuck in my Junk mail. I only noticed it close to the day of the show and started freaking out. But, after I filled out the online form to get the tickets resent, they sorted it all out in just a few hours through email. I was so relieved, and really appreciated their fast and efficient help.

    Booking tickets

    The person I talked to from customer service was really good, but it was such a pain trying to find the right phone number to call. I had to go through two expensive numbers before I finally got the right one, and that took up a lot of my time. The wait to talk to someone was way too long, and when I finally got through, the system was so slow and had glitches. It took me a whole hour just to make my booking because of all these problems. ATG Tickets should really update their website so they show the right contact info right from the beginning and not waste their customers' time.
