    As a customer at ULTA, I gotta say my recent experience left me frustrated. I bought a bunch of makeup stuff like brushes, eyeliner, and lipstick. But my order had some problems that really tested my patience. The customer service at ULTA was not great. I had to talk to Supervisors who didn't seem to care. Even after waiting a month for a refund, I felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously. The staff's lack of empathy has made me really disappointed in my experience with ULTA.

    Gaia is awesome, eh? They chat about all kinds of interesting stuff in the Ancient Civilizations series, making learning a blast! They dive into all sorts of lands and folks, and it's totally intriguing. I really dig how they bring in experts from different areas to chat about these topics, it's awesome to learn from them.     Shadowsocks not supported by Android app

    The Android app doesn't support the Shadowsocks protocol, and the speed is pretty slow at just 11 Mbps. The WireGuard profile is dynamic, but it's kind of useless without PIA's app. And to top it off, the Helpdesk doesn't work with Firefox browser. Overall, the support was pretty disappointing.

    Flight experience with unhelpful cabin staff

    The cabin crew on my last flight weren't very helpful or flexible. The overhead bin in first class was empty, but they still made me move my bag to another spot, even though my seat was right behind the curtain and the bin was still empty. Dealing with those inflexible and unaccommodating crew members was really frustrating.

    I recently had a super disappointing experience with my online orders from this store, eh. I've been a faithful customer, ordering stuff every week for my family. But lately, I've been noticing that I'm missing some items but still getting charged for 'em! It's been happening for a while, but I only caught on when I realized I was missing and getting charged for 4 things in one order. So, I started checking every order super carefully, and every month, I found something missing that I was charged for. They usually gave me a refund for missing items, but what really upset me was when I didn't get the Easter shirt for my son's first Easter, and they wouldn't refund me, eh. That was it for me - I'm done with this store and all their linked companies.

    Luggage storage experience

    When I booked the storage spot, I was pretty bummed to find out it wasn't open anymore and the person working there was not so nice about it. Luckily, customer service was super helpful in finding us a new storage place at a gym. The new spot was awesome, but the staff had our stuff behind the front desk even though we still had time to keep it there. It was hard to talk with them because of the language difference, so we had to find someone who spoke Italian to give us a hand.

I thought, great, I can see a doctor in under 5 minutes, so I filled out all my deets and paid up. But then bam, turns out I gotta do an intake appointment first, and the earliest slot was 3 days away. Like, what? That wasn't clear before I paid, kinda shady if you ask me. Usually, I've had good experiences with Maple, but this last move left me feeling iffy. I usually recommend them, but now I might think twice.

    Matching family sweaters

    I wanted to get my family some cute matching sweaters for Christmas from Roots. I ordered them ahead of time to make sure they'd arrive on time, but then one of the sweaters got canceled without any notice! So, I reached out to customer service and all they told me was to keep checking for it to come back in stock. I checked so many times and Christmas passed with no sight of the sweater. Finally, three months later, the sweater disappeared from their website! I asked about it and found out they discontinued that color. I thought, no big deal, let's just exchange it for a different color, right? Wrong! They said I was outside the return window so no exchange. After going back and forth quite a bit, they offered me a coupon but still no exchange. The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced and I won't be shopping here again!
