Recent shopping experience
So, I went to the clothing store at Devonshire Mall and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with the customer service there. They didn't even have my size in stock like they said they did, and the salesperson helping me just up and left without a word. I was literally left there feeling ignored and frustrated. I tried calling to talk to the manager, Brenda, and she was kinda dismissive and said she would use my feedback as some sort of "training tool," which really rubbed me the wrong way. All in all, this whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth, and I definitely won't be going back to that store again.

The wall calendars I got from that company were such a letdown. After just a month, all seven of them started curling at the edges, and they looked awful on my walls. I tried to contact the company for help, but their customer service was nowhere to be found. The chat support seemed like a robot and didn't actually help at all.
