They attempted to assist me initially, but then I needed to provide a verification code to proceed. However, they never provided me with the code, and now I can't log in again. The chat was impolite and even accused me of asking for the code too frequently. And now they won't even allow me to open a case for assistance. All I want is my money refunded at this point!
