    Easter bouquet

    I normally really enjoy getting my flower subscriptions from this spot, but gotta say, the Easter bouquet I got this time around wasn't the greatest. It arrived late and looked a bit worse for wear after the journey. The flowers were on the smaller side and didn't quite have the wow factor for the price I shelled out. And to top it off, they're not lasting as long as they should, despite all the TLC I'm giving them.

    I had a little trouble with my order from the store 'cause one of the items came broken. But lemme tell ya, the customer service team was top-notch! They handled everything like pros, real quick, and made sure I was happy in the end. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how they fixed things up for me. Even though there was a little bump in the road, I still adore all the products from Charlotte Tilbury and now I have quite a collection goin' on.

    I have 4 pending orders

    I'm so annoyed with my recent orders because I've got 4 that are just stuck somewhere. The tracking says the labels are made, but the packages aren't actually with the company yet. I talked to customer service, Paulina in particular, for help but she couldn't give me a good answer and then ignored my other questions. It's really frustrating because I love their stuff, but the bad communication and service is really upsetting.

    Electric longboard purchase

    I bought an electric longboard from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The board is well-made and does exactly what they said it would. But, I did run into a few problems with ordering and getting it delivered, so that could definitely be better.
