Online rewards program
My experience with the online rewards program was really good. It was easy to earn points by shopping online and doing surveys. The website was easy to use and I didn't have any trouble finding my way around. I liked that there were different rewards to choose from, like gift cards and cash through PayPal. The customer service was great too, they were quick to help with any questions I had. I would definitely suggest this online rewards program to anyone wanting to earn rewards for doing things online.

Fruit and cookie basket
I was super disappointed with the fruit and cookie basket I bought from this company. It didn't look at all like it did on the website - it was way less appealing and hardly filled with any goodies. Instead of a big variety of fruits and yummy cookies, all I got was a couple of fruit pieces and a few cookies at the bottom. It was pretty sad looking and definitely not worth the money I shelled out for it. I could have made a way better basket myself for way cheaper. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

Electric guitar
As a Canuck user of the company, I just wanted to share some feedback to help make their products and services even better. I've noticed a pretty big price gap between the American guitars and the Mexican guitars. While that might not bother some folks, as a buyer, I think it would be helpful to know why there's such a difference. And I really want to stress how important it is to keep making stuff in the USA. If all the production moved elsewhere, it might affect my decision to keep buying from them. All in all, I really like their products and I'm looking forward to seeing more transparency in pricing.

Mascara and blush
So yeah, I got caught up in the hype and decided to try out this new mascara and blush. But honestly, it was a total letdown! The mascara was super watery and just terrible, like something you'd find in a dollar store. And don't even get me started on the blush, it was such a disappointment. I was like 🤦♀️ why did I even bother wasting my money on this?

Misleading sizing, expensive jeans
I got a pair of jeans for my son, in size 32, but when they came in, they were size 32x40, which was not what I wanted. There was no option for the length when I ordered, which was annoying. The company just sent whatever size they had and took my money without caring about if I was happy with it. I could send the jeans back for store credit, but I don't trust that I'll get the right size next time. Spending $70 on jeans that don't fit is really disappointing. The reviews were true - don't trust this company. And to make things worse, their discount offer of $10 off for a review turned out to only be 10% off, which just adds to the reasons not to trust them.

Photobook for sis
I got this awesome photobook for my sister in London and it was great! I paid extra for the 7-colour upgrade and it made the photos look really vibrant. The shipping cost a bit much, but it arrived pretty quickly so I think it was worth it. I'll definitely order again!

Comfortable but faulty shoes
My experience with the shoes I bought was pretty good at first because they were comfy. But after wearing them only twice, they completely fell apart, so I can't wear them anymore. I tried reaching out to customer service several times to get replacement parts, but I haven't heard back at all. I'm really let down and now I'm stuck with these expensive broken shoes.

Despite all the bad reviews, I actually had a good experience with this platform. The customer support team was super helpful every time I needed their help while I was trying to figure out how to use the website. There were a few problems here and there, but they got sorted out pretty quickly and didn't mess up my learning process. The fees are a bit on the high side, but with all the advertising services they offer, it seems fair.
