Wrong hotel name mistake, kind driver, refused tip
I made a silly mistake and put the wrong hotel name in my booking, oops! But the driver was super nice and realized my error. He still took me to the correct place even though it was a bit further than expected, and he didn't even ask for more money. I tried to give him a tip because he was so amazing, but he wouldn't take it! Thanks a lot, Ikram! You're the best!

Although the watch didn't show up on schedule because of some shipping problems, the owner was really awesome about it and sent another watch with a discount right away. They were super nice, quick to respond, and really helpful, showing top-notch customer service. I would definitely suggest them.

This place was awesome! You know how sometimes you see something online and then when you actually get it, it's not as good as you thought it would be? Well, this place is the real deal. Black suit for funeral
So, I recently need to get a black suit for a funeral I had to go to, and decided to order one online. The order was made on April 23rd, and the funeral was on May 3rd. After getting the order confirmation, I never got any info on when I could pick it up from the store. I went to the store twice to see what was going on. The first time was on April 26th, and they said my order hadn't come in yet. I went back on April 29th, and finally, they found my stuff buried under a pile of other orders. Everything was super wrinkled and creased, no time to fix it before the funeral. I was pretty upset with the lack of care they gave my order. I ended up just returning everything for a refund on the spot.

Just wanted to tell you how much I love the stuff I got from here. I've got 4 different wallets now, and each one is so cool and clever. Invoice not received
I was pretty let down by the service I got because I never got my invoice after I made a purchase. I had to be on the phone with customer service for more than 20 minutes just to get the paperwork I needed. It was really irritating and I don't think it should've been that much of a hassle. In the end, I wasn't too impressed with the company and I'd warn others to watch out for problems like this when trying to get important documents.
