They told me everything was in stock when I placed my order, but now I keep getting messages about delays because they're swamped with orders. On top of that, I'm getting bombarded with daily coupon codes and reminders to buy more stuff, even though I haven't even gotten what I already paid for. It's frustrating, eh?

River cruise photo book
We decided to put together a photo book of our river cruise trip using your website. I have to admit, I had a little trouble getting the hang of the layout at first, but after playing around with it, I was able to create a really beautiful book. The quality of the printed photos was even better than I expected - they turned out absolutely stunning. I was really impressed with how professional they looked, almost like something you'd see in a magazine. Being able to customize the layout, add borders, and backgrounds really allowed me to make the book my own. While I do wish the website was a bit more user-friendly, in the end, it was definitely worth the effort. I would highly recommend taking the time to check out all the features to get the most out of your photo book.

Recent trip from Lake Louise to Jasper
I recently hopped on a bus from Lake Louise to Jasper, and I gotta say, it was better than I expected. At first, I was a bit worried 'cause there was no wifi, plugs, or washrooms on board, but the bus was roomy and cozy, so it turned out alright. The trip was pretty long, but the AC kept things nice and cool, and the views along the way were absolutely stunning. I really liked the stops we made, especially at the Columbia Icefields - took some amazing pics there. The driver was super nice and professional, making the whole journey even better.

Women's health test purchase
I bought a women's health test not long ago and found a big mistake in the results. It said my testosterone levels were way too high, which made me really worried and stressed out. When I talked to my doctor about it, we figured out that the numbers weren't converted properly, giving me wrong information that could have been really bad for my health. This mistake shouldn't have happened and could have been prevented if they paid more attention and were more accurate. I really don't recommend using this service for any health tests. Be careful!

I picked up these awesome boots for hiking and climbing with my buddies. They were really cool, especially the ones with the fancy names like Boulder mid GTX, Nepal Evos, and Spantik boots! But you know, after using them for a while, they started showing signs of wear and tear pretty quickly. Not cool, man. Why can't they make them more durable? I wanted to feel like a legit mountain climber!

Blue and pink marble effect nail polish
I just ordered the blue and pink marble nail polish from this company for my holiday, but when I got it, I was really let down. The colors were supposed to be bright blue and pink, but they turned out to be black and watery, with no color at all. I tried emailing and calling customer service about it, but got no response. This lack of communication and not fixing the problem is not okay, and it really makes me annoyed and frustrated. I'm definitely not buying from them again after this experience.

Purchase items keep getting auto-cancelled
So, I thought I hit the jackpot with Gilt - they had awesome stuff at great prices. But man, was I ever mistaken. Every time I tried to place an order, it got automatically cancelled for no good reason. My cards were good, all my info was right, but still, my orders kept getting the boot. I called their customer service so many times, but each time I got a different excuse. It was like they had no idea what was happening. I even tried different payment methods like they suggested, but no luck. And on top of it all, I never even got a heads up about the cancellations. It's like they don't care about keeping their customers in the loop. The whole ordeal was super frustrating, and it made me take my business elsewhere in the end.

Item return disappointment
As a customer who had to return an item, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. My daughter bought a jacket that ended up being too big for her, so we decided to send it back. The jacket was totally unworn, she only tried it on once, so it was in perfect condition. We tracked the return and saw that the company received it almost a month ago. But, we still haven't gotten our refund. I've sent three emails but haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating and disappointing to not know what's going on with our money.

So, eh, I got meself some trainers from this one place, and let me tell ya, it was just brutal. I ordered 'em and they took FOREVER to ship 'em out. Like for real, why does it take so long to box up my shoes and send 'em over? And then, when I tried to ask where my shoes were, they didn't even bother to reply to me! How rude is that, eh?! It's like they didn't give a hoot about my poor little feet eagerly waitin' for some fresh kicks. I'm so disappointed with this whole situation, I definitely won't be buyin' from them again, that's for sure.

The couch and coffee table I got from there are so amazing, they look really fancy in my living room. The couch is the most comfortable thing ever, I could easily nap on it all day. The coffee table is great for holding my snacks while I'm watching TV. The colors go perfectly with my walls and the quality is top-notch. I feel like a true grown-up with fancy furniture now!
