The customer service experience I had with this company was just terrible. I got a shirt as a gift, brand new with tags, but it was the wrong size. I tried calling and emailing multiple times, but no luck in exchanging it or getting a gift card. They only offer was to send it back for a refund to the person who bought it, which was not what I wanted at all. Seemed like a pretty silly policy not to have any other options for a simple size problem.

I had a pretty disappointing encounter with the customer service at that hotel recently. I was trying to book a room for a wedding block and when I asked for help, the person I talked to was not very helpful or nice. Even after explaining that I needed to use my brother's bonvoy account to book online, they just said the rate had expired and told me to book online myself. It was frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since I have worked in customer service for many years. It's so important to at least try to help customers find a solution, instead of just shutting them down.

Eyeglass purchase experience
I just bought a new pair of glasses online and I was actually really happy with how they turned out. This was my eighth time ordering glasses online and I've only had issues with two pairs in the past because they didn't fit right. It's super important to know your PD when ordering online because it can really impact how well the glasses fit. I was really happy that I could get progressive lenses and have my prism correction included, but it would be even better if they offered that option for sunglasses too.

Teen suit alteration issue
So, I bought a suit for my teenager, and let me tell you, the salesperson at the store fed us some false info that got me pretty cheesed off. The suit seemed fine at first, but after wearing it once, it needed some serious alterations. When my husband called head office for help, they totally backed out on the promise the salesperson made. The lack of responsibility and customer care has left me feeling annoyed and disappointed with the whole deal at that store. I won't be giving them any shoutouts to my peeps, that's for sure.
