My order was a super cool gaming mouse
So, like, I got this super cool gaming mouse, right? But when it arrived, the box was totally smushed. Man, I was so bummed 'cause it was supposed to be a birthday present for my buddy. And then, when I called customer service, they were no help at all and didn't even seem sorry about the messed-up box. I was just really let down by how little they seemed to care.

Alright, so check it out. The stuff they got in this store is pretty good, especially if you need some basic clothes to add to your closet. I grabbed a dress shirt and some chinos for men, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the quality. The shirt fit well, the fabric was nice, and it looked good overall. But the customer service could use some work. It seemed like I was bothering the staff when I asked for help, and I had to wait a while to pay. In terms of prices, they're decent for what you're getting. The prices are lower than the main store, but it's not super cheap either. Delivery was smooth, no issues there.

I got a soccer kit from this store and it was honestly the worst experience. The customer service is super bad. They told me my kit would arrive in two days, but it actually took a whole month! And when it finally came, the socks had holes in them! Can you believe that? Now I have to wait another 14 days to return it and get a new one. That's like 6 weeks in total! I don't know why anyone shops here, it's terrible! I wish I had known before buying. So, don't bother buying from this store, it's just a disaster.
