Ski jacket and pants
I just bought a ski jacket and pants from this store, and I was really disappointed with the quality. The jacket started ripping after only a few times wearing it, and the pants were definitely not waterproof like they said. I tried contacting customer service, but they weren't helpful at all in fixing the problem. I wouldn't suggest getting ski gear from this store at all.

Full German module purchase
The German module I got was pretty good for learning new words and phrases for conversations, but it didn't give me much help with grammar or sentence structure. One thing that really bugged me was that there weren't any indications for gender of the nouns, which made it hard to do the writing exercises in my notebook like they suggested. But I did like that they had a 60-day refund guarantee, so I felt good about giving it a try. When I asked for my money back, they got back to me within a day to confirm. Even though it took a little while for the refund to show up on my credit card, it wasn't a big deal. The customer service was quick and polite, which is why I ended up giving this purchase four stars.
