I just bought something from this company, and honestly, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. The ordering process was so complicated and not easy to use at all. I had a hard time figuring out the website and finding what I wanted. Plus, the customer service was not great - taking forever to get back to me and not really helpful. On top of that, the prices were kinda high compared to other places that have the same stuff. And to make matters worse, my order took way longer to get to me than I thought it would, which was really inconvenient.

My time at RONA was way better than I expected. I went there to pick up some mulch and soil for my garden, and the help I got was awesome. The person working in the Seasonal area not only guided me to what I needed but also went the extra mile by offering to carry the heavy bags to my car. Being an older person, I really appreciated the help and it made my shopping experience a lot easier. Even though the big bags didn't fit in my car, the staff quickly figured out a solution by taking out the bags and rearranging them to fit in my trunk. Overall, I was really impressed by the top-notch customer service at RONA.
