Supposedly this dude named "Ben" is in charge of deliveries, but all I've gotten from him is a bunch of letdowns. After missing the last delivery, I'm starting to think this whole courier thing might be a scam. Today was supposed to be the day for my second item to show up, but surprise, surprise, I'm still waiting on that elusive "Ben" to come through.
