Durable and easy-to-assemble product
I recently bought this super solid and easy-to-put-together thing from this company and let me tell you, I was pretty darn impressed! The delivery was right on time, and they even split it up so each part showed up on different days, making it super handy. The packaging was top-notch, and the instructions were idiot-proof and a breeze to follow. I even checked out a YouTube video just to be sure, and it was bang on. The thing is made of such sturdy stuff and it's definitely worth every penny. Putting it together was a piece of cake, even "two drunk monkeys" could do it no prob. I give this thing my seal of approval, no doubt about it. Thanks a bunch!

Bike in poor condition
I was so disappointed with the bike I got from The Pro's Closet. It was supposed to be in good shape, but man, when it showed up, it was obvious that it had taken a few spills and hadn't been taken care of properly. The chain was all wonky, the bottom bracket was making weird noises, and it was covered in scratches and dents. I should've just sent it back, but instead, I tried fixing it myself. Then I thought I'd sell it back through their "guaranteed buy back" deal, only to be offered way less than what they said I'd get. They even tried to say that a scratch was structural to knock more off the price, which was totally bogus. Overall, a super disappointing experience, eh.

Grey hoodie with printed logo
I'm so disappointed with the grey hoodie I bought recently with the logo on the front. The quality just didn't cut it for me, especially for what I shelled out for it. I was hoping for something better, but what I got felt flimsy and poorly put together. And that logo? It looked like it would rub off after a couple washes, which is not cool for something this expensive. All in all, I wish I hadn't bought it and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

Uggs purchase delay
I just bought a pair of boots for my daughter's Christmas present. At first, I got a message confirming everything was good to go. But then, I kept getting emails saying the delivery was delayed - first to January, then to February. That's just not cool, especially since I wanted those boots for the winter. The customer service was terrible, and I'm really not happy with how things went down at that store. I've decided I won't be shopping there again.

So, I bought this Check-In Closet Medium suitcase not too long ago, right? Well, when I was flying with United Airlines, they messed it up real good. But get this, even though United wasn't that helpful, Solgaard's customer service team totally had my back. They hooked me up with a brand new suitcase thanks to their awesome lifetime warranty. I recently made a purchase online and, you know, my order was totally ignored by the company. So, I waited around for four weeks, but there was no word on my order at all. I had to take things up a notch and start an investigation through the payment platform. Luckily, I got my money back pretty quick. But, let me tell you, this whole thing has got me wondering if this website is all on the up and up. I even went ahead and left a review on their site, hoping to get some sort of explanation because I do really love the quality of their clothes.

Transfer error corrected promptly
I had a really good experience with the service. They fixed a mistake I made in the recipient's name right away on my first transfer. The mistake was because of the different alphabets used in transliteration, but the customer service helped me out quickly. It's handy that I can send multiple transfers to the same person, even though it might not be as fast as some others. The exchange rate for India is good though. I did give them the recipient's cell number for text updates, but they haven't gotten any messages yet.

I can't believe how awful this company is, eh! I used my hard-earned allowance to buy some cards and they were in terrible shape, you know? I tried reaching out to them but they didn't answer. The bus schedule was great, eh! There were lots of times to choose from, making it easy for us to plan our trip, ya know? The stops were well laid out and the bus was right on time, eh! It made our journey super smooth and stress-free. But, we ran into a problem where we missed our stop, eh! We told the driver ahead of time, but they forgot to let the driver know, eh! So, we had to take a cab back, which was a pain and cost us extra, eh!
