So I tried to sign up for a coffee subscription online, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The website couldn't process my payment with HSBC, so I had to keep bugging the company since they weren't answering my emails or calls like they said they would. In the end, I had to cancel my order because of their lack of communication and professionalism. And it didn't stop there - they also made unauthorized charges to my account, showing just how incompetent they really are and how little they care about customer privacy. I asked multiple times for them to remove my bank info, but no luck. All in all, their customer service was just terrible and left a lot to be desired.

I just bought something from this store and honestly, it was a letdown. They sent me the items in two different packages, and they came two months apart. It was a pain because the parts needed to go together, so I couldn't use them for a while. Plus, I had to pay customs fees for each package, which wouldn't have happened if they had just shipped it all together. I'm definitely not buying from them again. It's frustrating to see how disorganized and short-sighted they are.

PPV event price
I was so upset with the service I got recently. They sent me an email saying the PPV event I bought was cancelled, but then I found out later that it was just moved to another place and for a cheaper price. It's not right to charge us more when we can get the same thing for less somewhere else. It's not fair and it shows they don't care about us customers. It's just not cool to trick us and bet on our trust like that.
