Homeschool science kits
The science kits I bought for homeschooling my kid were a great supplement to our lessons. They came with everything we needed and the instructions were mostly straightforward. We did run into a couple of problems like a broken connector and a leaky bottle, but they weren't too big of a deal. However, after a few years of using them, my daughter lost interest and now we have a bunch of unopened kits gathering dust. Maybe we'll go back to them later on, but for now, they're just sitting there unused.

Online order delayed, inaccurate tracking, poor customer service
I just had such a bad experience with an online order I made recently! It took forever for my order to even ship, and there was no communication about why. When it finally did ship, the tracking information was all wrong - FedEx had no idea where it was. I tried emailing customer service but had to wait ages for a response. Plus, there's no phone number to talk to a real person! It was so frustrating and definitely not what I was expecting.
