Oversized purchase
So, I bought something from this store and man, it was way too big when I got it. So, I decided to send it back right away. But let me tell you, the return process has been a total nightmare. I sent it back weeks ago, and when Royal Mail tried to deliver it the first time, they were told to hold off. Finally, they did end up delivering it, but the customer service team hasn't even recognized that I sent it back or given me a refund. This lack of communication and slow processing has really put me off from shopping here again.

Their customer service was really bad and they didn't even bother letting me know that they were changing locations - like seriously, terrible communication skills.
