Issue resolved with a smile
I had a problem with my phone number getting deactivated, and despite my attempts to contact them through email and the website, I wasn't getting anywhere. Feeling frustrated, I decided to share my concerns on a platform where I thought I might actually be listened to, and to my surprise, someone from the company got in touch with me right away. The person I chatted with not only fixed the issue quickly but did it in such a friendly and kind way that I was really impressed. I don't usually have to turn to social media or reviews to get problems sorted out, but this time I was happy with the outcome. It was just a little mix-up that the company representative I spoke with fixed promptly and effectively.
