    Recent Disappearance of Billing

    Ya know, I just realized that the company stopped charging me in February without even giving me a heads up. It got me worried, so I tried reaching out to their customer service team twice. But man, both times I was left hanging on the line for like five and then eight minutes with no one saying a word. And get this - after holding for ages, I finally got a robotic voice asking me to do a survey. Like, seriously? So I tried hitting them up on chat, but nada, nobody replied. It's pretty shocking how a company can mess up this bad with customer service.

    Personal care product purchase for my Mom

    Living in a different province than my Mom, it can sometimes be tough to make sure she has all the personal care stuff she needs. Luckily, Well Before's auto ship thing has been a huge help. It makes sure my Mom never runs out of her must-have items, which makes me feel good knowing she's all sorted. Plus, I've noticed that Well Before always has everything in stock, unlike some other stores. That reliability and ease of use really sets Well Before apart from the others.

    Theme park vouchers

    So I gotta say, my experience trying to redeem my theme park vouchers from Undercover Tourist was pretty disappointing. I mean, I had to wait around forever at the theme parks while the staff tried to figure out how to handle my vouchers. It was super stressful and just not cool. I get that maybe it wasn't all Undercover Tourist's fault, but the fact that not all places recognized the vouchers just made everything more annoying. Like, at Aquatica, I had to stand in line for a manager to print out actual tickets - talk about a hassle. In the end, the money I saved on the vouchers just didn't seem worth the trouble of worrying about them not being accepted at the parks.
