Purchased golf balls
I bought twelve golf balls online from the store. It was easy to order, and I got a confirmation email right away. But when the package arrived, it was damaged, and one of the balls was scratched. I tried to reach customer service to fix the problem, but I never heard back. I was disappointed with the poor customer support and the delivery quality.

Machine washable rug
Okay, so I was really pumped to get this rug because it's machine washable and I figured it would be super easy to take care of. But man, it felt like forever for the order to even ship! Like, I waited for over 5 weeks and my credit card was charged right when I placed the order. Finally, when the rug arrived, it was okay, but the rug pad it came with smelled awful! The smell of VOCs was so strong, it gave me a headache just being near it for 5 minutes. So I reached out to customer support, and they were like, "You could try cleaning the pad to get rid of the smell." No way! I got a machine washable rug so I wouldn't have to deal with cleaning stuff like that. So now I have to spend extra time trying to wash, dry, and air out this rubber pad, hoping the smell will disappear before I can actually use the rug. It's disappointing, man. And on top of that, I thought I was supporting a Canadian company, but turns out the product was made in China. The VOC smell is just unbearable, dude.

I really enjoy receiving my book box each month! The books are always super fun, and they send me titles I haven't read yet. It's also great that I can help other kids get books too, which is really cool!

The customer service at this company is absolutely top-notch. I was so unsure about which headphones to get, but they gave me really helpful advice that was just right for what I needed.
