Good service, difficult cancellation process
I had a pretty good experience with the service and equipment from this company. But when I tried to cancel my subscription, it was not as easy. I clearly said I wanted to cancel and turned down a bunch of offers to stay, but they kept pushing me to stay and wouldn't let me cancel easily. It took a lot of time on the phone negotiating and I even had to threaten to reverse the charge to finally cancel.

Ordered lab manual
I got this lab manual from an online store and it was a real mess, eh! The pages were all messed up, some were missing, and everything was upside down. I tried reaching out to customer service and it was like talking to a brick wall. They just kept going on about how it's "loose leaf" and maybe they'd send me a new one. After bothering them a bunch of times, they finally sent a replacement and it was way better. But honestly, it shouldn't have been that difficult from the get-go, eh!
