This app is so awesome, it’s really tough not to keep adding more books to my collection. The selection is amazing, and if I find a book or author I like but it’s too expensive, I just add it to my waitlist and wait for a sale. It's saved me some cash while still letting me enjoy my love for reading. I totally suggest this app for any fellow bookworms!

Dates confusion
I just bought something from this site and I agree with what other folks have been saying - the dates on the stuff aren't expiration dates, they're when the products were made. The website was really easy to use, prices were good, and my order came super quick. I'll for sure be buying from here again. I did see some worries about credit card security, so I suggest using Apple Pay for a safer payment. It's almost 2024, let's keep things current!

Keith Urban Ottawa tickets
This company is such a scam, eh? Taking advantage of people like my poor ol' mom who just wanted to see Keith Urban in Ottawa. She was looking for tickets at a fair price, but ended up getting slammed with crazy fees that made the bill three times more than expected. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they priced the tickets in American dollars! Can you believe it? And when we asked for a refund, they hid behind their dumb policies. It's just not right. We're thinking about taking legal action to stand up for our rights as customers.

LED light bar for my bike
The light bar arrived pretty fast and it looks really awesome on my bike. But, there weren't any instructions included. Thankfully, I'm good at figuring things out so I was able to install it. But having some instructions would have made it a lot easier. Plus, the installation required a special tool that I didn't have, so I had to borrow it from my dad's garage. It would have been much better if the tool came with the light bar.

Leggings not received
I ordered a pair of leggings back in December, but they never showed up. Even though my account said they were "on the way", they never got delivered. I waited almost four months before I finally reached out to customer service. Turns out, they said the leggings were shipped out on Jan 28th, but since it had been more than 60 days, they couldn't give me a refund or fix the problem. Like, how was I supposed to know to contact them sooner when I was still waiting for the package and my account said it was still on its way? This lack of communication and help from customer service is just not right at all.

I was just at the local vet for my pet's blood work. I shelled out quite a bit of cash, but I wasn't totally sold on the diagnosis I got. Dr. Pinkleman was really thorough and took his time, but his advice didn't quite match up with what I had in mind. He recommended a more straightforward approach, which left me feeling a bit uncertain about the whole thing. But hey, I did appreciate his honesty and professionalism. All in all, I was happy with the service I got at the vet and might just go back there next time I need help.

I recently bought two tins of travel sweets from this company. Sadly, one of the tins wasn't sealed properly, which was a letdown. I recently bought the Little Twin Stars Collection when it came out, but I gotta say, I've been super disappointed with how things went down. I never got any shipping notice for my order, and when I tried to ask about it, they said my package had been delivered - but I never got it! I spent more than $100 on this collection and other stuff, and all I'm getting in return is frustration and no real support. Return Trouser Refund
Customer service was terrible when I tried to get a refund for these pants I sent back. I've been trying to get a hold of them by email and phone but they're not answering at all. I even went to the Financial Ombudsman to try and fix things. It's so disappointing that a brand I liked let me down like this. I'm for sure not buying anything from them again.
