My experience with the company was really disappointing. Even though they work in promising sectors, the customer service was not great, the prices were too high, and it was a pain to place an order. The delivery also took way longer than I thought, which made me even more frustrated. I wasn't happy with my purchase overall and I'd have to think long and hard before buying from Aker again.

Dog Ate Chocolate
The person who helped me was so nice and super knowledgeable. They chatted with me like I was smart, but also made sure I got what they were saying. When my dog gobbled up chocolate, I was panicking, but the vet reassured me and guided me through figuring out how much she ate and if she'd be okay. Thankfully, she's A-OK, all thanks to them!

Product installation issue
I bought a ramp from this company not too long ago, and ran into a problem with setting it up. The ramp was blocking my car's back lights and turn signals, which definitely wasn't safe for me to use. Even though they promised 100% customer satisfaction in their ads, I was let down by the product and couldn't get a refund.
