Matching monogrammed silk robes for granddaughter and daughter in law
Weddingstar really impressed me with their customer service. I recently bought matching monogrammed silk robes for my granddaughter and daughter-in-law for their upcoming wedding. The robes were gorgeous, but I got a call from a customer service rep who noticed the child's robe didn't quite match the adult one. They even sent me a photo of the robes together after they were monogrammed and suggested a better color. I was blown away by their attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was happy. The robes were top-notch quality, and the personal touch made it all the more special. Weddingstar has an awesome selection of unique items for any special occasion.

Bouquet of mixed roses
The bouquet I got from that company was totally not what I was expecting. The flowers were all sad-looking and droopy, and the whole setup didn't match the nice one I saw online. I was pretty let down with the flowers' quality and how it all looked. I was hoping for a lovely bunch of lively roses, but what I actually got was pretty far from that.

Fragrance purchase
I recently bought some perfume from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed. The service was excellent, my order came on time and I could track it securely. The scents I got were so good, some were totally new to me. The descriptions of the perfumes were spot on, they were powerful and lasted a long time just like they said on the website. Software upgrade
I recently updated my software and had some issues with customer service. I had a hard time figuring out how to contact them for help. It was frustrating not knowing how to get assistance. On top of that, I got a promotion to try a new software version, but once the trial ended, I couldn't access my current version anymore. I eventually heard back from a representative who was willing to assist, but it took too long and I needed my software sooner. I ended up paying for an upgrade just to get access again.

Oh my goodness, this backpack is seriously fantastic! It has tons of pockets and compartments to hold all my baby stuff and keep me nice and organized. Online shopping experience
I made a purchase on the website not too long ago and was impressed by all the different options they had available. Unfortunately, I ran into a bit of a problem where some of the products were taken out of my cart because they couldn't be shipped to Canada. I was bummed out that I couldn't get my hands on all the gel sets I had my eye on.
