Birthday dresses and gown for charity event
I recently bought some stuff from this store – got some birthday dresses for a little girl and a fancy gown for a charity do. The birthday dresses got to me in good time, no issues there. But, big mess-up with the gown. I double-checked my shipping address and billing address, all good. But somehow, they sent the gown to the wrong address in Pennsylvania. I contacted customer service with my Order #, and they said they'd refund me for the gown. But, when I checked my account, they credited me for the cheaper birthday dresses instead. I reached out again to fix it, and they told me they couldn't refund me for the gown because of some system error that messed up my address. I don't get why they could fix things for the birthday dresses, but not for the gown. The whole thing made me so frustrated and let down by their customer service.

Flight booking disaster
Don't let them book your flights, they really messed up. They took way too long and now I'm stuck with pricey flights. I specifically told them to book early, but they completely disregarded my advice. They totally ruined our costly cruise holiday. Thank you so much for that, really appreciate it.

Sparkly earrings
Oh my gosh, I found these really cute sparkly earrings at this store and they're just so pretty! They make me feel like a princess and I wear them all the time. The store had a lot of choices and the people working there were really friendly and helped me pick out the perfect pair. I'm excited to go back and buy more jewelry from there!
