Gift card issue
I had a problem with a gift card from ULTA that really got me aggravated and let down. They said my gift card was inactive because of some computer mistake, and they told me they'd send a new e-gift card in 2 hours. Well, 4 weeks and 3 phone calls later, and I still hadn't gotten anything. Every time I called, they said they'd get back to me that day, but I never heard from them. Dealing with this company was a real pain and left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd suggest looking for what you need somewhere else or supporting a small business instead.

I just made a huge order of skincare stuff from this shop. I did their skincare quiz, got all the things they suggested, and I was excited to try the omega water cream. But when my package arrived, I got two oat cleansing balms instead. I talked to their customer service team, who were awesome, and they quickly sent me the right product and told me to keep the extra balm. I ordered a complete skincare routine later on and now my skin looks amazing. It's all hydrated, glowing, and I feel good without makeup. Thanks for the amazing products!

Electrical accessories
My experience with this site was really disappointing. The stuff I got from Chinese sellers was not good quality and sometimes didn't even show up. And when they did, they were all beat up. The US sellers weren't much better, asking for crazy high shipping fees. All in all, I felt like using this site was a total waste of my time and money, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
