Long coat (winter heavy coat)
I just bought this really nice long coat from an online store. I thought it was more of a trench coat, but it ended up being a heavy winter coat. I usually wear a US size 6 in shoulder/chest measurements so I ordered a Small, which fit great except the sleeves were super long. I had to get the sleeves tailored to fit better. The shipping was quick and the packaging was really nice.

Books
I just bought some books from this store, and even though it's great that they have such a big selection, I was kind of let down by the search function. It kept pulling up the wrong stuff and half the links were busted. I've tried letting them know about it a bunch of times in the last few months, but it doesn't seem like they've done anything to fix it.

Analytics and digital services
After buying some analysis and digital stuff, I was kinda disappointed with how things went down. Ordering was a mess and not easy to figure out. The service was meh, the staff didn't seem to care much and they didn't know much about what they were selling. The prices were on the steep side for what you got, which made me wonder if it was worth it. Delivery took forever and had issues, which just added to my frustration. All in all, my time dealing with this company was not great and I wouldn't be quick to suggest them to anyone else.

Clothing items
I was really let down by the photos on the website. It's important to see both the front and back of the clothes before deciding to buy them. The pictures of the models only showing the hem of the clothing didn't give a good idea of how they would look when worn. It would have been way better to have clear pictures of the front and back of the clothes. This lack of transparency definitely made my shopping experience worse.
