Review about: Shoebacca
Timely refund and repurchase
I had to return something and buy it again at this store, and I have to say, it was surprisingly easy. I got my money back and was able to buy a new one without any trouble. On top of that, I also got a good deal on the shoes I bought. It's hard to find a store that respects their customers' time and money, but this one does. I wish all shopping trips were this easy and quick. And if something goes wrong, I believe this store will do their best to fix it.

Bed climate control system
I've been using the bed climate control system for a few years now and I've bought three units in total. The BedJet 3 is much better than the older versions, it's smaller, quieter, and smarter. However, there are some things that stop me from giving it a perfect score. Not having a remote with the base model is annoying because it doesn't fit with the idea of creating a relaxing sleep environment. Using a phone app to control the system doesn't really make sense for promoting good sleep. Also, the remotes could have a easier interface to adjust settings during the night. The lights on both the underbed unit and the remote could bother people who like to sleep in the dark. Finally, the aggressive marketing tactics after purchasing are not great, especially for customers like me who bought more than once.

Hiking boots purchase
I just bought some hiking boots online and was super pumped about it. But then things got annoying real fast when I tried to buy another pair from what I thought was a legit site. Luckily, my bank swooped in and saved me from a possible disaster because turns out, it was a scam site trying to rip me off. It's scary to think there are all these fake sites out there trying to trick people. So be careful out there, watch out for sketchy sites like 'keenshoesfactoryoutletsuk.com' and any others that seem fishy.

Candle purchase
I recently bought this amazing candle that smells just like a campfire, it really takes me back to the days of gathering around the fire in the woods with my friends. It brings back so many good memories and I can't get enough of the scent! The packaging was also really cute, it had a map on it that made me think of all the camping trips I took with my family. I'm already looking forward to buying more candles to remind me of other great experiences!

Dress and accessories
I bought a dress and some accessories not too long ago, but it was a huge bummer, eh. I waited a whole 2 months for my order to show up, even though I sent a bunch of emails asking about it. Finally, I threw in the towel and asked my bank for a refund. It's frustrating how unprofessional and bad at communicating this company is. They always point fingers at someone else, like the courier, for the delays. Clearly, they don't give a hoot about keeping their customers happy, eh.
