Digital piano purchase
I bought a digital piano from this company not long ago, but it arrived broken. When I called customer service, they said I could send back the heavy 200-pound piano, but the return process sounds like a big hassle. Even though the customer service is quick to respond, they don't have replacement parts until February, so I'm basically stuck with a piano I can't even play for the next 4 months.

My recent trip to the store was a letdown. I bought hockey gear, but then couldn't get a clear answer from the employees. They didn't tell me some stuff was sold out, causing a big mix-up. I tried calling them many times for updates, but got no reply. Then I got a confusing message from the "Shop" app saying only part of my order was sent. The lack of info and bad service made me mad and cost me money. I just moved back to Canada and thought I'd get better treatment from a well-known store.

I just gotta say, the swimwear I got from this company was beyond gorgeous. The material was top quality and the design was so stylish and flattering. The customer service peeps were helpful and sorted out the exchange pretty fast, but overall, it was a bit of a headache.

Bought a patio umbrella back in April. It doesn't stand straight. Keeps tilting sideways. Unsure this is normal. Tried many times to reach customer service, in vain. I don't recommend this company.
