So I recently bought this kids' outfit online and it had a bunch of stuff in it that was all in stock at the time. But then when the order came, I noticed one thing was missing. Eventually, I went to social media and found out that the missing item was canceled because it was out of stock when they shipped it. I was so let down and surprised because the item was definitely in stock when I ordered it. It sucks that now it's available again, but I have to buy it separately because they don't do back orders. Plus, since the missing item was a big part of the outfit, now I just have leggings with no shirt. Button-down shirt, shoddy quality
When I bought a button-up shirt from their website, I was really disappointed with what I received. After just a few times wearing it, the shirt started falling apart at the seams. I contacted customer service and sent them detailed photos of the damage, hoping for a refund or a new shirt. But to my surprise, they blamed me for washing it in the machine and said they couldn't do anything to help. I pointed out that the label clearly said "machine wash 30º", but they dismissed it as a mistake. Their lack of responsibility was really disheartening. Instead of fixing the problem, they suggested that I had purposely damaged the shirt myself. On top of that, they only offered a small 10% discount as a resolution. This whole experience left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Their high prices, low-quality products, and rude staff made this brand a real letdown.
