    Portable outdoor chair

    The chair I bought is seriously the best outdoor chair I've ever had. It's comfy, strong, and super easy to move around. I've brought it camping, to the beach, and even used it in my backyard. The wood quality and the work put into it really show in this chair. I'm so impressed with it.

    This place is honestly the worst when it comes to their return policy. It's so frustrating that they don't give any refunds, like who does that? And to top it off, they won't even let you exchange things like bathing suits that are brand new, so unfair. It feels like they just want to keep your money and not care about the customers. Their no-trying-on rule is just ridiculous, how are we supposed to know if something will fit without trying it on? The staff there were so rude and unhelpful, they had no patience and bad attitudes. I'm definitely not going back to shop there again, that's for sure.

    E-commerce platform for website design

    While using an e-commerce platform for website design as a customer, I found it challenging to add products, descriptions, and datasheets due to their complexity and lack of intuitiveness. It seems like unless you're a pro website designer, navigating through Volusion can be tough. Although technical help is available, you need to schedule it in advance, which can be inconvenient. I've used other platforms like Weebly for different applications, and found it much simpler and user-friendly compared to Volusion. Volusion requires more time and effort to understand and operate effectively. When I switched to Volusion and imported data from a previous platform, I bought a new template based on a salesperson's recommendation for around $500. Despite multiple calls and almost a year of adjustments, it took quite a while to achieve a satisfactory appearance.

    Password reset issue

    I had a frustrating time trying to reset my password with Kenneth Cole. After waiting for 72 hours for a business request, I called for a whole week but there was no solution in sight. This meant I couldn't buy any shoes, which was really disappointing. The customer service rep I talked to today suggested making a new profile with a different email address because my current account was seeing me as an existing customer. However, even this didn't work, and I felt so helpless and frustrated. When I reached out to the company again, I found out there was just one supervisor and two customer service reps available, and they couldn't come up with a new solution. It's disappointing to see a company like this lacking follow-through and problem-solving skills. It's even more disheartening since I know someone who works for Kenneth Cole, and this experience doesn't match the good image I had of the brand. Overall, my customer service experience at Kenneth Cole has been pretty disappointing, and I'd advise others to think twice before asking for help in a similar situation.

    Recently, I bought a Monarch iPhone case from this store, thinking it had 5 layers of protection and Kevlar like they said on their site.     This heated jacket is amazing for anyone who can't stand the cold in the winter. It not only looks cool, but it actually keeps you warm when it's freezing outside.     Switched to fiber internet

    So, I was really excited about getting fiber internet for my home and business, thinking it would be a game-changer, you know? But man, it turned out to be a total nightmare. The setup at first was all good, smooth sailing, but after that, everything just went downhill. My internet bills for both places went through the roof, up to $700 in one month! I felt totally scammed and ripped off. And don't even get me started on trying to deal with customer service. It was a real nightmare! They had outsourced it to some foreign country, so there were all these communication issues and they were no help at all. Ended up with no internet at home for a whole 4 weeks and my business net was always crashing. Then, to top it off, after just 2 months, our landlines stopped working completely. Honestly, this whole switch to fiber internet has been a disaster from start to finish.

    Order mishandling, missing items, poor customer service

    I recently bought some stuff from this company, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. The package came in a box with no padding whatsoever, so one of the bottles leaked and messed up some other things. And to top it off, they forgot to include five items from my order. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send replacements, but after a bunch of reminders, nothing happened. Eventually, they said they were out of stock for one item and would send a different one instead. When the new package finally arrived, everything was squished into a padded envelope, which showed they weren't careful with handling orders. With the amount of money I spent, I was expecting way better service and attention to detail. I've decided to stick with other companies for men's products in the future, because I can't trust Ballsy to give me a good experience.

    Business Class flight to India

    I recently got to fly Business Class to India with my wife from LHR. Gotta say, the service during the flight was top-notch. Seats were comfy and the whole time was great. But, there was a miss during our journey. Unfortunately, my wife's Summer hat went missing at some point. Seems like it got lost when the crew moved it from the overhead locker without telling us. We only noticed it was gone after we left the airport. We've tried reaching out to customer service at Delhi Airport and on our flight back from India, but we still haven't gotten a proper fix. It's been more than 2 months since we first brought it up, and even though we've been promised they're looking into it, we haven't seen any results. The lack of follow-up and solution has left us disappointed and questioning the airline's customer service. Despite the flights being great and the cabin crew being awesome, how this was handled has definitely changed our overall experience.

    I was so let down by the delivery service I got for my online order. The UPS delivery was really terrible, and it blows my mind that a big company like that would use such a lousy tracking and delivery system. The driver couldn't even locate my house, even though it's been in the same spot for over 12 years. All in all, the whole delivery was just terrible and not okay.
