Beeswax candle purchase
The beeswax candle I got from this company was a total game-changer for me. I've always tried to use natural products in my house, and these candles were exactly what I was looking for. They burn super clean, no nasty chemicals, and they leave a lovely, subtle smell in my home that lasts long after the candle is out. I'm happy to support a company that cares about sustainability and the environment. The candle is high quality, you can tell they put a lot of effort into making it just right. I'll definitely be buying more candles from this company down the road.

Ineffective product
I ordered this product that was supposed to help with my back pain, but sadly, it didn't do anything for me. I contacted customer service to ask about returning it or getting a refund, but they weren't very helpful. I'm really disappointed with how things turned out, and I won't be buying from them again.

Black pants
So, I got these really cool black pants at the store, you know? But they didn't have my size on the rack, so I had to order them to be shipped to my house. The thing is, they sent them to the wrong address without even letting me know! They ended up sending them back to the warehouse. Like, seriously? Couldn't they have at least given me a heads up? Eventually, they realized their mistake with the address and said they would send them again. And guess what? They claimed the pants were delivered, but I never received anything. Either they straight up lied or sent it to the wrong place. Ugh, I'm so done with this store. Their customer service is the worst, I'm never shopping there again!

Shoes for Big Feet
I went to the store to find some shoes, but man, they didn't have my size. I wear a size 12, and it's like they totally forgot that some of us have big feet too. I saw a sign saying they had sizes 11-12, but when I checked it out, there was nothing there for me. I get that most folks wear smaller sizes, but c'mon, remember us big-footed peeps! Sometimes you just wanna try on a shoe before you commit, eh?
