Stance 90 2023 model
Hey there,
I wanted to chat with you about the Stance 90 2023 model skis I bought from your store recently. After only 6 days of hitting the slopes, the top sheet of the ski started peeling off without me even having any accidents. I looked into it online and found out that this is a common issue with this model due to a manufacturing defect. So, I reached out to customer service to see about a warranty claim, but they weren't very helpful. Salomon claimed that the damage was accidental, even though there was no proof of that. I'm really disappointed in the lack of care and support from Salomon. This whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be buying any more Salomon products in the future.Review about: Put Me In The Story
Personalized children's book
I got a personalized children's book for my niece's birthday and she loved it! It was so easy and fun to add her name and picture to the book. The book was top-notch, with colorful pictures and a great story that kept her interested the whole time. I'll definitely be getting more books from here again.

CBD products and trees
I recently bought some CBD stuff and plants from this one company and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how they turned out. The CBD things were super expensive and didn't work like they were supposed to. And don't even get me started on the plants - they didn't look nearly as good as I thought they would, some even had messed up branches. All in all, I feel like I got scammed and won't be buying anything from these guys again.

I ordered a black hoodie and a white t-shirt from this shop, but UPS ended up losing my package. I spent two weeks going back and forth between Psycho Bunny and UPS, and both were blaming each other, saying it was my issue. Luckily, I had AMEX on my side and managed to stop the payment. Both companies showed disgraceful behavior and zero accountability.

Dive gear purchase
I just bought some dive gear from this company and let me tell ya, their customer service was a total nightmare. So I got this $1,200 dive rig, right? And when I wanted it sent to a different address than the one on my credit card, they were like, "No way, Jose." So I called up customer service and let me tell you, they were rude as heck and didn't want to help at all. They just kept saying it was their policy and wouldn't give an inch. So, I took my business somewhere else, still using the same credit card, and had zero issues. My advice? Don't even think about buying from these guys, go find another place for sure.

Multiple bracelets, gifted as presents
I got a bunch of bracelets from this store and gave them as gifts to friends and family. The style and design are awesome and they look amazing when worn. But I've had some problems with the charms because I ended up losing three of them. One time, one of the charms was a gift and when I went to the store for help, they didn't do anything and wouldn't help out. Even though I had a card to track my purchases, they said no to replacing the lost charm. Plus, the wire holding the charms seems weak because my mom's bracelet broke in half and my daughter's dog paw charm fell off right after getting it as a Christmas present. The prices of these bracelets have gone up a lot over time, which makes the lack of quality control even more frustrating. I have a Keith Haring bracelet that I really like, but I'm scared to wear it in case I lose another charm. I hope other customers have better luck with their purchases than I did.
