I had to deal with everything through text messages, and the replies were slow and not very helpful. I've spent a lot of money with them as a loyal customer, so I was expecting better treatment. When I needed to return something, they only gave me store credit when I wanted a replacement. And when I wanted to exchange an item for a smaller size, they said no and told me to send it back for a refund. The whole process took weeks, and I was without my money for a whole month. I threatened to write a bad review, and only then did they say they'd look into it. It's frustrating that they seem to care more about their own convenience than making their customers happy.

I've been getting the newspaper for, like, six years now and I love it, eh. But when my subscription ended last month and I tried to renew it, everything went crazy, you know. I paid my money, but then I couldn't log in. I tried to get help by calling and emailing, but no one got back to me, eh. I even tried to fix my email address mistake, but it still didn't work. I just want my money back so I can sign up the right way, but no one is helping me, eh. It's so frustrating, right!
