I ordered the Sia and the Mountain jeans. The Sia came super quick, within a few days, but the Mountain jeans took a bit longer to come. I reached out through the chat and the customer service rep helped me right away and gave me tracking info. When I got the Mountain jeans, they were labeled wrong and too big. But when I contacted customer service, they were really understanding and offered me an exchange, which was exactly what I needed. The jeans are top quality, with great design and cuts, and the cotton is super soft. Overall, I had a good experience and I'd recommend this company.
