shoes returned
I bought these shoes from that company, but they weren't that great. I had to take them back yesterday, but the return process was actually pretty good. It was my first time sending something back to them, and I was happy with how simple and easy it was. Even though the first shoes I got weren't awesome, I'm gonna try again and get a different pair soon.

First pair delivery quick, Second pair computer glasses, transitions removed
I was really happy with how fast my first pair of glasses arrived from the company. Everything went smoothly, so I decided to get a second pair for using the computer. I also thought adding transitions to this pair would be a good idea. But, the team let me know that transitions aren't really needed for computer glasses and could even be a bad idea. I was grateful for their honesty and experience in steering me away from the transitions. I gave them the okay to remove the transitions, and they quickly refunded me the extra cost. I had a really good experience with the company and would definitely recommend their services.

Stock photo purchase
So yeah, I bought a stock photo from this online site and man, the customer service totally let me down. I tried to get some help and got different answers from different people, plus I couldn't even talk to a manager about my issues. The way the customer service folks acted was just not cool - no professionalism at all. I wouldn't suggest using this company again for anything, that's for sure.

Christmas gift order cancelled
I recently bought a Christmas gift online, but then I got a message four days later saying my order got cancelled because of possible fraud. I was totally surprised, 'cause I used my usual bank account for the purchase. And to top it off, I had to go through this long verification process that I've never had to deal with when shopping online. It was super frustrating and disappointing for me.
