Lip gloss
I ordered this lip gloss, eh? And it never showed up! I've been waiting forever! I tried calling them so many times, but they keep hanging up after 6 minutes, so rude, eh? And get this, when I finally talked to someone, they said they would send it to 'fulfillment' - big word for nothing happening! And guess what, they outsource their customer service to a totally different country, so not cool, eh? They finally refunded my money, but I really just wanted my lip gloss, you know?

I just wanted to share with you all that I left a not-so-great review on the canvas I got from this company. But, surprise surprise, they totally stepped up and sent me a new one super fast. The new canvas is top-notch, I gotta say.
Their customer service is seriously the best. Great Big Canvas really went out of their way to fix things up and make me a happy camper again. Now I'm a die-hard fan and will definitely keep ordering from them.

These cushions are the worst. They just keep moving around and hogging all the space on the couch. And they're not even comfy. But I guess they seem to be pretty well made and tough. I've had them since December so hopefully they'll start feeling better as time goes on. If you end up getting them, good luck!
