Champagne order never arrived
I was so excited to pop open a bottle of champagne, but it never showed up. I checked the tracking and saw it was stuck on the truck for a whole week, eh? Like, come on, why the delay? Wedding tuxedo purchase
I had a pretty rough situation happen to me the other day when I was trying to get a tuxedo for my wedding. I came across a super nice jacket at the store and thought I'd order the matching pants online. The sales rep said they had it in stock, so I went ahead and bought it. But then, a week later, I got an email saying they had to cancel my order because they ran out of stock, and they didn't offer any alternatives. Now, I'm freaking out with just over two weeks left until my wedding, trying to find a new tuxedo. Pretty disappointing service from a brand I thought I could trust.
