Eh, the hoodie I bought from this company was pretty good overall, but I gotta say a few things. First off, the prices were fair and I felt like I got my money's worth. But I was kinda bummed out by the colors of the sweater. The picture online showed vibrant tangerine and gold tones, but when it arrived, the colors were more dull, like a beige mixed with coral. Wasn't exactly what I had in mind, ya know? On the bright side, the sweater was super soft and cozy to wear.

I recently got hit with a huge £240.00 import fee, almost half of what I paid for my items! At first, I was told I had to pay it, but I decided to refuse the package. Luckily, the person in charge of first impressions stepped in and assured me they would provide better training for their team and resolve my problem. However, my bank was already in the process of doing a chargeback. UPS wasn't much help either since I wasn't the one who sent the package. In the end, my items showed up without any import fees and even came with a bonus gift to make up for the hassle. Massive shoutout to the Director of First Impressions for coming through in the clutch. Just a friendly suggestion - maybe consider reaching out to customer service before you make any purchases.
