So like, I got this makeup brush set from this store, eh? And it was pretty decent, you know? The brushes are actually really good quality and I was pretty stoked to get them. But then, man, the customer service was just terrible, eh? I tried to order online and it said it would come in a few days, but it took forever! I even sent them emails about it and they never got back to me. Not even once, eh? It was so frustrating to wait such a long time for my order.

I tried to contact customer service through email but got caught up in a never-ending chain of back and forth with no solution in sight. It's frustrating to deal with a company that can't handle simple customer service inquiries. With a parent company as big as JD.com, you would think they would have better standards. I will continue to leave 1-star reviews until they get their act together.
