I tried out these surveys thinking they'd be fun, but they were pretty dull and I didn't even get any neat prizes for putting in the effort. Whenever I reached out for assistance, I'd just get the same old boring responses. It was really irritating to pour so much time into a survey, only to be told I wasn't a good match at the end. And don't get me started on the endless repeat surveys I kept being sent! The customer service was pretty much nonexistent, they were never around when I needed a hand.

I just bought a mountain bike from this company and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. The staff knew their stuff and guided me to the right bike for what I needed. Ordering was a breeze and my bike arrived pretty quickly. The prices were fair and I definitely feel like I got a good deal. I just bought some cool costumes for a party I'm going to, and let me tell you, this website has a great selection. There were tons of choices to pick from, and I found exactly what I wanted. The costumes are really high quality too, which is super important to me because I want to look awesome in my outfit.

Washer and dryer purchase
I recently bought a washer and dryer from the store and let me tell you, dealing with the customer service there was a nightmare. The washer was tearing up my clothes, so I reached out to the manager for help. Even though I had insurance and a technician come to check the machine, the manager just brushed off my concerns. He kept saying I was overloading the machine, even though I showed him the damaged clothes and sheets. I tried to explain that I was only washing a sheet set and some pillowcases, but he wouldn't listen. It was so unprofessional how he just walked away without trying to fix the problem. For the amount of money I spent on those appliances, I deserved way better treatment. Juan from the appliances department did try to help, but the manager's bad attitude ruined any positive experience. I'm hoping the insurance and appliance company can sort things out because that manager was a letdown.

smart lighting system
First off, let me just say I am so let down by the smart lighting system I got. They call them "smart," but honestly, they're far from it. Out of the five sets I picked up, three starters crapped out in the first year, and then another one kicked the bucket after two years. To top it off, the "smart" remote that came with it died on me within the first week. It's pretty obvious these lights are not up to par quality-wise, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone hunting for a reliable long-lasting smart lighting fix. And can we talk about how these lights suck up way too much energy, even when they're just chillin' on standby? All in all, this purchase was a major letdown and a total waste of cash.
