Unfair survey completion
This app is such a rip-off, eh. They make it seem like you'll be able to do surveys, but then they find a way to disqualify you last minute and only give you a pathetic reward of 0.01p. It's a total waste of time and effort, and I'd suggest to everyone to just stay away from this app. It's so annoying to spend all that time doing a survey, only to be told you're not the right person for it. It's a sneaky move that just makes users feel like they're being tricked and taken advantage of. I've already deleted the app because I'm not gonna keep getting fooled by their shady practices.

Debit card charge
I recently had a terrible experience with a car rental company. When I rented a vehicle over the phone, I had to wait for them to find one when I got to the location. The real problem arose when a wheel trim fell off the car on my way home. I argued that it wasn't my fault - how could I have known it would fall off? The manager at first said they wouldn't charge me, but then they ended up making a claim against me and took money out of my account without asking. This kind of shady business isn't okay, and I'm really disappointed with their service.
