High-end treadmill key lost
So, I bought a fancy treadmill a while ago and, of course, I managed to lose the key that makes it work during a move. I went to the website to order a replacement, but it was out of stock with no idea when it would be available again. I decided to call customer service for advice. The person I spoke to mentioned an internal rewire option, but didn't have many details or instructions. Two weeks passed and I was almost ready to give up on my $2500 investment. Then, a helpful neighbor suggested I try putting some insulated copper wire in the key slot and securing it with tape. It worked perfectly, and only took 10 minutes. Despite this simple solution, customer service still hasn't contacted me. Definitely a frustrating situation all around!

Amazing Antarctica trip
My trip to Antarctica was absolutely incredible, eh! The staff were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The scientists on board were so enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge, it was truly inspiring. As a 70-year-old solo traveler, this was hands down the best experience of my life. I can't even begin to explain how amazing it was. I'd give it a perfect 10 out of 10 without even thinking twice. If you have a passion for Antarctica, you definitely need to go with this company. The kayaking and camping on the ice were absolutely breathtaking experiences, eh!

Shoe purchase dispute
I bought a bunch of shoes from this store recently, but ran into a problem with my order. Even though I sent back three pairs out of the four, I was only refunded for one pair. Baked Balanced and Brighten
I just bought the Baked Balanced and Brighten hoping for a nice glowing look, but I was so disappointed with it. It didn't work like it said it would and just made my skin look dull and flat. Eh, this company is just not cool, ya know? It took forever to get my stuff, eh. I had to call and email like a million times just to talk to someone. Then they tell me my order was delayed 'cause of manufacturing issues. But then they sent it anyway? And surprise, surprise, the part didn't even work on my jeep, eh! Tried calling and emailing again, but no one ever answered me. Ugh, this company is the worst, eh!
