Let me tell ya, this site is totally sketchy. I signed up, bought some credits, and thought I could actually chat with people. But turns out, it's all a scam. They kept asking for more money after just a few messages. And don't even get me started on their so-called customer service number - nobody ever answers! Hey, if you don't want to lose your mind, don't ever give these folks your email! I thought I could handle a few promos now and then, but man was I mistaken. They flood my inbox like there's no end in sight. I've hit unsubscribe more times than I can remember, but they always manage to sneak back in. It's like they get a kick out of bombarding me with their never-ending deals and pitches. So, unless you're cool with your inbox turning into a spam wasteland, steer clear of handing over any contact info to them.

Terrible Customer Service
The quality of the clothing is top-notch, but the customer service is just terrible. I've been a loyal customer for years, but my recent attempt to return an item was a disaster. It's been a month and a half since I asked for a refund, and despite sending multiple emails with all the info they need, I have been totally ignored. It's obvious they don't care at all about us, the customers, and I won't be giving them my business again after this mess. There are plenty of other brands with great products and way better customer service out there.
