Racing wheel
I just bought a racing wheel from the website and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about how long it's taking to ship. They said it would get here in 1-2 days, but it's been almost 5 days and I haven't heard a thing about where my order is at. It's frustrating that they haven't even sent it out yet. This whole thing is making me second-guess buying stuff from this website again.

I only use momondo to find flights, it's alright but I prefer another website. I wish momondo had options for business class flights instead of just economy. It would be awesome if I could check out all the fancy flights too!

I wasn't sure about ordering from a German site, but I found the helmets I wanted at a much better price. I was a bit worried about extra taxes, but there weren't any, and my delivery came really quickly and without any issues. I would definitely recommend this site for motorcycle gear at prices you can't beat.

Incorrect item purchased
I bought something not long ago but ended up ordering the wrong thing by accident. I tried to get in touch with their customer service team by email a few times, tried reaching out on social media, and even gave the phone number on their website a call. But I never heard back from them at all. It was really frustrating that they weren't communicating and their customer service team was nowhere to be found.

Account issue preventing order
I was really excited to order from this company 'cause I've heard such good things about their stuff. But when I tried to place my order, I ran into a problem with my account. It just kept telling me I already had an account, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't get the order to go through. It was so frustrating and in the end, I couldn't even make the purchase. I really like the company and their products, but this whole thing just left me feeling let down and irritated.
