    As a new customer, I kinda found the sign-up process and picking meals a bit confusing. It would be nice to have more help and choices to make it easier. I also think it would be good to have more options for delivery dates and times, or maybe a pick-up option, to make things better for customers. Even though I had to wait a bit for chat help, the person was nice and answered my questions. Right now, I'm not sure if I'll keep using this service in the long run.

    I've made two purchases while in lockdown and both experiences have been really great. The items arrived quickly and the customer service was top-notch. Whether through email or on live chat, the staff were helpful, nice, and quick. They offer a wide variety of beautiful jewellery for all occasions. The live chat team really helped me find the perfect pieces when I couldn't decide. I'm super impressed with the service and products I got. Thanks a lot!

    I had to get my essay looked at 'cause I wanted some help with it. The person who read it was really nice and helped me make it better. They didn't just fix my mistakes, they also gave me some ideas on how to make it sound better. The customer service folks were also great. They made sure I got matched up with the right person to help me out. I'm definitely gonna use this service again!

    Big order, no $10 VIP reward

    I made a big purchase but didn't receive my $10 VIP reward for being a top customer. I used my points to make purchases, but I still have to pay my monthly fee for that VIP membership. It might only be $10, but during the holidays, every bit helps. I could have used that $10 to buy some nice stocking stuffers for my grandkids. Rewards and discounts are meant to make customers happy and keep them returning, but when they're not given, it makes people lose faith in the company.

    Size inclusivity, pajama pants, favorite

    As someone who thinks it's important to have clothes for all sizes, I'd give a three-star rating because there weren't many size options to choose from. Even though that part was disappointing, I have to say that the pajama pants I bought were really good quality and super comfy. They're honestly my new faves and they were even better than I expected. I'm usually hard to impress, but these pajama pants did it for me.
